The hotel was a little outdated but it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were able to leave our bags both on arrival and after check-out. It was just opposite a Vaparetto stop which made things easy. It wasn’t the fanciest of hotels but we spent all day out exploring and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. I asked for a room overlooking the Canal twice but unfortunately our room overlooked rear buildings. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Great location, next to the bus and train station, all of the main attractions reachable on foot. Beds were uncomfortable because they kept separating and making a hole in the middle. Helpfull staff. Quality matches the price.

Room was great, bathroom was nice and clean with all amenities. the staff, I met Rosella who was a very nice person and the cat guards/mascots were great! really good location, right opposite of the main train station.

The location was just excellent. Also the room was nice, clean, comfortable and calm. I was working from my room while looking out at the grand canal and it was amazing. Simple but really great value for money!
