The hotel was a little outdated but it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were able to leave our bags both on arrival and after check-out. It was just opposite a Vaparetto stop which made things easy. It wasn’t the fanciest of hotels but we spent all day out exploring and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. I asked for a room overlooking the Canal twice but unfortunately our room overlooked rear buildings. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

I didn't stay inside this hotel, there appeared to be an over booking issue...I think! The waiting area was full at check in, I think the hotel is expanding perhaps but maybe not quite as ready as they anticipated. Anyhow, the upgraded us to luxury suites in another building, I'm not complaining, it was absolutely stunning. Huge suites, beautifully designed, overlooking the river.

I had a room with Canal View. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks again for this experience. The bathroom and bed sheds were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. It is very close to the bus station of Venice. Supermarket, fast food and restaurants/ pubs, everything close by.

Wonderful location! Just 7m away from the river side. Room cleaning was carried out. Towel & shower gel were replenished. The hotel changed our room after we complained about problems on the door keys & burnt out lamp. Thanks so much to the hotel team.

We weren't sure about this hotel due to the previous reviews, but we found it to be in a good location, (relatively) clean and with friendly staff at the reception. The rooms were very spacious and quiet also
